Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Seven Star Games grants you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:
If the Services include a downloadable application, this license applies to all versions and updates. Unauthorized copying, resale, or sublicensing is prohibited. We may implement technical measures to protect the Services, and circumventing such measures results in automatic revocation of your license.
By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or that you have reviewed these Terms with a parent or guardian who accepts them on your behalf. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parent/guardian permission. Users under 13 may only use the Services with verifiable parental consent. Depending on your region, we may ask for your age or present an age gate; if no age gate appears, you represent that you are at least 16 years old. We comply with applicable children’s privacy laws, including COPPA.
Some Services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain its accuracy. Your account is personal; you may not transfer, sell, or share it. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. You are responsible for any internet or mobile carrier charges incurred while using the Services.
The Services may allow you to earn, buy, or obtain in-game currency ("Virtual Currency") to access virtual digital goods ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Currency and Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for legal currency or any tangible value. They are licensed to you for personal, in-game use only. You have no property interest in Virtual Currency or Items. We are not liable for loss, hacking, or deletion of Virtual Currency/Items. We may change pricing, availability, or expiration dates at our discretion. Virtual Currency/Items may be forfeited upon account termination, breach of Terms, or discontinuation of the Service.
Some games offer subscription memberships. When you purchase a subscription, the fee will be charged via the app store’s payment system (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next renewal period. You can cancel anytime through your app store account settings. Daily rewards require logging into the game each day; days you do not open the game will not grant rewards.
All payments for Virtual Currency, Items, and subscriptions are processed by the app store provider. Please review their payment terms. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued except in our sole and absolute discretion.
Our Services may include chat, message boards, blogs, or other interactive features ("Forums"). You are solely responsible for any content you submit ("Forum Content"). By posting Forum Content, you grant Seven Star Games a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content for any purpose.

All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the Services (including graphics, code, characters, music, and designs) belong to Seven Star Games or its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without written permission. The Services may allow you to capture screenshots or videos of gameplay ("Your Content"). You retain your rights to Your Content, but you grant Seven Star Games an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use Your Content for any purpose without compensation or notice to you. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in Your Content.
We may integrate third-party SDKs or provide links to external sites. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVEN STAR GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF VIRUSES, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVEN STAR GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seven Star Games, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) any Forum Content or User Content you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.
These Terms are effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your license ends immediately, and you must cease using the Services. Sections regarding ownership, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the ICC International Court of Arbitration under its rules. Arbitration shall take place in London, United Kingdom, in the English language. You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. You must bring any claim within ONE (1) YEAR after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through in-game messages, email, or a notice on our website. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seven Star Games. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent, but we may assign them without restriction.
